Congratulations to DTE Baseball program director and summer head coach Randy Scott on his new opportunity to join the Central Crossing High School baseball staff as Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach!! Central Crossing is a D-1 high school in the Ohio Capital Conference (OCC). Contributions will include 1B coach on varsity game day, CCHS hitting coach and more. Coach Scott's extensive experience coaching high school students, plus his OHSAA-certification credentials, is what separates DTE Baseball from many other travel teams. Head coaches who "played at the college level" but have zero certification for coaching are not the same as those who have had proper high school baseball training and certification from the state of Ohio. "Playing the game" and "coaching the game" are two different animals. When choosing a high school summer team, players are best served under the development and guidance of a professional. Go DTE & Go CCHS... good stuff!
